ok hit me

It's my Ah Ma's 80th birthday so I think it calls for an entry. My cousins keep giving birth ... It's madness, I have lost count: a new one pops up at every family gathering. Grrreat food, drink and cake. The best durian cake in the world that will knock you senseless. I was so happy that I didn't even scowl when Spiteful Aunt seemed crestfallen when she found out I haven't ruined my current academia. Speaking of which, school's starting in a week ... I think I'm excited so I can use the new thermal flask my dad got me to put my coffee in so I can bring it to lecture. It's the new year ... I suppose I should have sat down on 31st December 2009 and reflect on 2009, or maybe even the last decade hahaha, maybe write a bit about it, but my past (or our past - I'm sure it's similar for many) always catches up to me, so there's probably nothing new to reflect on. It's still quite surreal though - the new year - I think it'd only hit me when school starts.

Came home to a scare: thought I left my phone behind, had to call SICC and have them search for me, before finding out I had dropped it in my cousin's car. Wouldn't blame the staff there for cursing me. Oh and we had Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc (forgot to note the year shucks)!! Did you know you can order it direct from New Zealand through SICC? It's so difficult finding it otherwise. White wonder in a wine glass.
